How do I return an item?

Ceramic Smokeware has a No Return or No Refund Policy. All Sales Are Final. Please note that sizes and colors of the merchandise ordered may vary and are not guaranteed to be exactly as they are pictured. Ceramic Smokeware takes great care in packaging our products however accidents can still occur. If you receive any damaged merchandise the form of action is required. Ceramic Smokeware needs to have written notification of damages within 24 hours of delivery. Clear pictures of the damaged package and or merchandise are to be e-mail to support@ceramicsmokeware.com. All packages and labels are to be kept as is until otherwise directed by Ceramic Smokeware. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will void all claims associated with this transaction. Under no circumstances will Ceramic Smokeware accept returns of used or altered merchandise. Ceramic Smokeware does not do any form of warranties.
